The seventh of the eight children of the Lutinàn family. They are a family of High Elves of mine, and central to a story I am thinking about.
For a while after Lilas was born, the Lutinàn parents didn't plan to have other children. Then Arlen came along, almost by surprise. He grew up to be particularily skilled at magic. However, he is of the carefree variety, and prefers to use his talents to impress the ladies over anything else. His laid-back good looks and golden eyes are as popular as his spells and illusions.
